Legitimation of processing | The legal basis for the processing of data depends on the intended purpose, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, and may be the express and unambiguous consent given by the user, for the performance of a contract, in compliance with a legal obligation, in fulfilment of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority. Rights | Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the City Council of San Cristobal de La Laguna are being treated personal data concerning them.
